Hello! I'm Peter Rubin. While doing Product Design as an undergrad at Stanford and spending a summer as an intern at IDEO, I had the opportunity to learn about the design process while working on a wide range of projects, from toys to medical devices. I'm now spending a final year at Stanford pursuing a MS in Mechanical Engineering, learning how to make sweet robots. I enjoy spending time as an educator at the d.school, where I share my passion for design thinking with students who work in interdisciplinary teams to solve real-world problems. When I'm not charging capacitors backwards, I love visiting art museums, hanging out with my family in Berkeley, cooking and wine tasting, road biking, and exploring San Francisco.
About my online portfolio
I've always loved to build and create and I think of my projects as a reflection of who I am and how I see the world. I put together this online portfolio of engineering, art, and product design work to share this with you. If you have any questions or feedback, please get in touch with me at prubin@stanford.edu.
